The Neutro-Vac ® System is a cleaning system that incorporates active static
elimination, aggressive particle agitation and vacuum removal of debris to
provide efficient two-dimensional cleaning of webs, sheets, and parts. Each
system comes configured with an intelligent static bar, brush and air bar. The
static bar eliminates static on the cleaning target, while the brush and air
bar work to evacuate surface particles. The vacuum head
hood intake slot removes and collects the debris. The Neutro-Vac® Web Cleaning
System is designed for installation over unsupported webs available in widths
of 12” – 126” wide, and can be used with a customer supplied vacuum or a dust
collector from Simco-Ion.
