High Temperature Controller Model 4610TF for Ionizer Model 4610
Simco-Ion’s High Temperature Ionizer Model 4610TF neutralizes static charge in environments with extreme conditions. Together with the High Temperature Controller Model 4052E, the High Temperature Ionizer Model 4610TF creates a uniquely capable ionization system that can withstand high heat and extreme cold, two challenging environments that cannot support other means of static elimination.
QuadBar Controller Model 4030 for Ionizer Models 4630/4632
Simco-Ion's Model 4030 QuadBar Controller is a convenient solution for powering and monitoring multiple QuadBar installations. Four connection inputs accept up to four QuadBars on each line for a total capacity of 16 QuadBars. Two end-panel inputs accept up to two AeroBar Model 5685 ionizers for optional AeroBar ionization. Four alarm LEDs provide fast and easy identification of the alarming ionizer, reducing tool downtime.
Interface Module Model 5200-IM6T for Ionizer Model 5225
Simco-Ion's Interface Module Model 5200-IM6T powers up to six devices, combining AeroBars and Sensors. It features an Ethernet port, an RS-232 port for communication with process equipment (your tool controller) or EFEM controllers, and an FMS (facility monitoring system) output port.
MP AeroBar Controller Model 5600-DFC for Ionizer Models 5635
Simco-Ion's Demand Flow Controller Model 5600-DFC provides an easily integrated, cost effective solution for controlling air consumption and AeroBar power. The Demand Flow Controller’s adjustable needle valve and ionizer high voltage power interrupt enables the tool to trigger the power and optimal airflow on demand.
Novx Multichannel Multifan Controller Models 3350/3360/3370/3390
Simco-Ion series of Novx Multichannel Field Voltage Detection Systems provides the capability to simultaneously detect, measure, record and monitor electrostatic field voltages in multiple locations. The versatile antennas used with these systems allow their use in a variety of applications including monitoring sensitive workstations, in-tool voltages, or ionizer performance with the option of closed-loop control to select ionizer products.
Novx Single-fan Field Charge Sensor & Controller Model 3150/3151
The Novx Single-fan Closed-loop Ionizer Controllers Series 3150/3151 are affordable field detection, ionizer balance, and feedback controller monitors. Monitoring and controlling ionization helps reduce manufacturing process variations and improve yields through fewer ESD events and lower particle contamination due to ESA. The Series 3150/3151 are digital instruments with settable warning and alarm levels.
Emitter Controllers Model 5582/5522 for Ceiling Emitter 5515
Simco-Ion’s Controllers Model 5582/5522 power and communicate with Model 5515 Ceiling Emitters. The controller is able to “talk” with each emitter, allowing accurate and specific monitoring of emitter status. The two controller models enable the user to start with the Model 5522 controller capable of controlling a small system with 20 or fewer ceiling emitters and grow into a large system.
PulseFlow Controller for Ionizer IONforce
The PFC may be switched between pulse (1.0 Hz, 1.3 Hz, 2.2 Hz or 10 Hz) and steady state operating modes and provides independent control of positive and negative polarity. The controller’s design is user adjustable to both Pulse and Steady State DC operating modes. Controls are on the front panel for easy access and mounting. The PFC allows independent voltage level control and provides four different pulse rates.
