Simco-Ion's Model 4030 QuadBar Controller is a convenient solution for powering and monitoring multiple QuadBar installations. Four connection inputs accept up to four QuadBars on each line for a total capacity of 16 QuadBars. Two end-panel inputs accept up to two AeroBar Model 5685 ionizers for optional AeroBar ionization. Four alarm LEDs provide fast and easy identification of the alarming ionizer, reducing tool downtime.
Interface Module for Ionizer 5225
Simco-Ion's Interface Module Model 5200-IM6T powers up to six devices, combining AeroBars and Sensors. It features an Ethernet port, an RS-232 port for communication with process equipment (your tool controller) or EFEM controllers, and an FMS (facility monitoring system) output port.

Emitter Controller for Ceiling Emitter 5515
The Controller Model 5582 powers and communicates with Model 5515 Ceiling Emitters. The controller is able to “talk” with each emitter, allowing accurate and specific monitoring of emitter status. The Handheld Terminal Model 5571 and IonManager software are used to perform the communication functions.
PulseFlow Controller for Ionizer IONforce
The PulseFlow Controller incorporates both Pulse and Steady State DC technologies and is the power source for the PulseBar line of products. The PulseFlow controller has four operational ranges from 10hz to 1.0 Hz in pulse mode and SS for Steady State DC operation. One PulseFlow Controller can power up to 20 IONforce Bars. The compact size of the PulseFlow Controller offers versatile mounting in almost any application.

Gemini G3 Controllers for G3 Emitters
The Gemini G3 Controller 100 and Controller 30 offer identical capability in two convenient operating scales. Both units supply 24 VDC power to the emitter modules, set operating parameters, monitor and report individual emitter status by address.
A unique feature of the Gemini system control scheme is the ability to link multiple controllers in large multi-controller systems. The sync bus establishes a master controller that other controllers will slave to for timing purposes.
