Critical Process ESD Monitor
Simco-Ion's Novx Series 7000 Process Monitor is a multi-purpose microprocessor based instrument for monitoring critical electrostatic related parameters in work station and process environments. The six dedicated use channels provide the flexibility to customize the instrument for the monitoring capability and communication required at each location.
Embeddable Tool Remote Voltage Sensor
Simco-Ion's Novx Remote Voltage Sensor (RVS) is a high-speed electrometer designed to directly measure changes in free space potential. Applications for this range from measuring surface potential on products at widely varying distances and very fast process speeds, to wide-area and general process monitoring for electrostatic fields. The sensor’s very small footprint allows for easy integration into embedded applications.
Multifan Voltage Detection Controllers
Simco-Ion's Novx Multi-channel Field Voltage Detection Systems Series 3350/3360/3370/3390 provides the capability to simultaneously detect, measure, record and monitor electrostatic field voltages in multiple locations. The versatile antennas used with these systems allow their use in a variety of applications including monitoring sensitive workstations, in-tool voltages, or ionizer performance with the option of closed-loop control to select ionizer products.
ESD Event Monitor
Simco-Ion's Novx MiniPulse ESD Event Detector is designed for tool and process monitoring. This affordable, small footprint embeddable monitor has been developed to warn of product damage risks at the point of electrostatic discharge. The MiniPulse uses time domain and threshold discrimination to detect pulse electromagnetic energy. Through the use of specific antenna configurations and placement, the MiniPulse can provide ESD event detection for well-defined small areas.
Single-fan Ionizer Controller/Sensor
Simco-Ion's Novx Single-fan Closed-loop Ionizer Controllers Series 3150/3151 are affordable field detection, ionizer balance, and feedback controller monitors. Monitoring and controlling ionization helps reduce manufacturing process variations and improve yields through fewer ESD events and lower particle contamination due to ESA. The Series 3150/3151 are digital instruments with settable warning and alarm levels.
