Novx Process Environment Monitoring System (PEMS)

Simco-Ion's Novx PEMS software program is a fast multi-line serial polling system. Utilizing PEMS and the Novx DART2 (Data Acquisition Remote Terminal) along with associated sensors provides process and tool characterization and a more accurate way of evaluating operator and tool performance. This system provides a cost-effective solution to monitor and manage the manufacturing environment, processes, tools and cleanrooms.

Novx Calibrator Reader Software

For Novx instruments almost all the configuration and calibration parameters are set through the Novx Com Line communication port. This procedure is accomplished using the Novx Calibrator Reader Program running on a desktop or notebook computer.
