PerforMAX IQ® Static Bars

The rugged PerforMAX IQ static bars are tailored to the application.

Speed bars are optimized to operate on high speed webs at distances 2" to 9" [50mm to 230mm].
Hybrid bars are optimized to operate at 6" to 18" [150mm to 460mm] on webs where the web path is somewhat variable.
Distance bars operate at extended ranges from 12" to 30" [300mm to 760mm] from the web surface.

The PerforMAX IQ uses an entirely new static bar design utilizing emitter points constructed of special alloys for extended operation and to provide maximum neutralization of high static charges on high speed and distance applications. The IQ bars include a unique connection design which enables the power supply to recognize the application requirement and automatically set the output power necessary for the installation.

PerforMAX IQ BPS The basic power supply is the heart of the PerforMAX IQ System because it not only provides the high voltage output power producing ionization, but the BPS also processes all of the system intelligence to maintain and communicate complete static control.

PerforMAX IQ LPS The limited power supply provides microprocessor controlled high voltage DC output to the static bar. The LPS is used with Speed Bars only.

PerforMAX IQ Web Monitor & Probe An innovative tool used to install a closed-loop, total control, ionization system in a production environment.

PerforMAX IQ Remote Monitor Displays real-time key operating conditions of the IQ static bars, such as a fault or clean bar.

PerforMAX IQ Communication Module Creates a remote computer interface link between the PerforMAX IQ System anda PLC or PC, to provide a comprehensive real-time summary of performance and system alarm data.

PerforMAX IQ Splitter Box Offers the opportunity to maximize the potential of the PerforMAX IQ System, providing the capability to operate up to four static bars on the same BPS power supply.
